QPM's Violation Department works hand in hand with the assigned community association manager as well as the Board, ARC Committee and the Fining Committee when dealing with CC&R (Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions) issues. Using our state of the art management software the assigned member of the violations department also generates violation letters, logs the information to the unit file, and the system will automatically remind the violations department and the manager to follow up with an inspection. This program generates a monthly report for the Manager to include in his/her Manager Report at your next Board Meeting. This report can be generated at any given time for a Board or Committee Member.

As one of only a few firms in the state of Florida currently utilizing this software, managers are able to take a picture of the violation in your community and with the push of a button the information is automatically relayed back to our management software, including a picture, time and date stamp as well as GPS pinpoint location; all of which are inserted into the violation letter that is sent to the violating homeowner.
