Normal Business Hours
During normal business hours you can reach your assigned association manager via phone or email, however please note Managers are often attending Board or Committee meetings or performing inspections during the day and are not always available to take your call. In the absence of your community association manager, we urge you to direct your call to the support staff or specific department pertaining to your phone call.
QPM also maintains an open door policy for all unit owners and Board of Director members, however keep in mind it is always best to call ahead for the availability of the individual you wish to meet with.
After Hours and Emergencies
After hours, you have the choice of using voice mail, e-mail and answering service that will take care of any true emergency. QPM provides 24 hour emergency repair service. Normal response time is within thirty minutes.
